RidgeRoofer is a referral service that introduces homeowners to independent roofing contractors. We do not perform roofing work, supply materials, or supervise any contractor. Any contract for work is directly between you and the contractor you choose.
No guarantee of contractor performance
We verify that contractors in our network hold a current state license, where required, and general liability insurance at the time they join. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any contractor’s work. You are responsible for your own due diligence before hiring anyone, including checking references and confirming that licenses and insurance remain current.
Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised decision-maker for the property. You agree that we may share your information with the local roofer we connect you with, and that they may contact you about your project.
No cost to homeowners
Our service is free to homeowners. We are compensated by contractors who receive referrals.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false information, submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, scrape or automate access to the site, or use the site to harass any contractor.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site are owned by RidgeRoofer and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidgeRoofer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor’s work, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for homeowners is zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RidgeRoofer against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RidgeRoofer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
